To become a Premium Client, you will need to: (1) Complete the form below, (2) maintain a minimum retainer balance of $1,500 AND (3) spend at least $500 a month in KLP services. Here are the benefits of being a Premium KLP client:

Client Success Stories KLP argued an appeal for a client in DeKalb County Superior Court. In the underlying case, the
client wasn't properly served with notice of a hearing in Magistrate Court and a default judgment was
entered against her, even though she had initially filed the claim. Upon appeal, KLP was compelling in arguing that in the interests of fairness and justice, our client needed the opportunity to state her
claim in the lower court. While the Court has not ruled in this case, KLP is confident that it was able
to argue zealously on our client's behalf.
KLP was able to successfully negotiate a settlement against a Defendant/debtor on a $5,000
promissory note for a Gwinnett county business. The clients were happy there was a swift, yet firm, resolution in this case and that we were able to present facts to the opposing side that influenced their decision to settle. Negotiating before trial saved time and money for both sides.
KLP successfully negotiated a Worker’s Compensation case to settlement for a lesser amount than the judgment against our clients. This negotiation settlement saved our clients over $30,000 in interest and fees.
