Personal Background
Dar'shun N. Kendrick was born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in South DeKalb where she attended and graduated from Towers High school in 2000. She currently resides and operates her practice in East DeKalb, Lithonia, GA.
Both of her parents are small business owners and had a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit that they passed down to each of their three (3) children, Dar'shun being the oldest. By growing up in a small business household, Dar'shun came to truly appreciate the vision and passion of small business owners. She wants to use her law degree to keep Georgia small business owners "IN business and OUT of Court" through affordable, competent, accessible and well rounded business and legal advice.

- Founder of UGA Law school's first ever Business Law Society which prepares law students to practice transactional business law (2006-2007)

Work Experience/Admissions
After law school and passing the Georgia bar, she was employed at a small litigation firm in downtown Atlanta, Georgia serving as counsel for large corporations like American Express, the City of Atlanta, Dell, Avis Rent-A-Car Systems and other large entities for almost two (2) years.
Dar'shun is admitted to practice law in the state and superior courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Middle District of Georgia. She is a Member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar, Business Law Committee Member, a Member of the DeKalb and Rockdale Chambers of Commerce.
